**Job Summary**

Bella Point Fryeburg is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Aide/Personal Support Specialist/CNA to join our team.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting elderly residents with daily living activities, providing companionship and emotional support, and fostering a sense of community and engagement.

**Responsibilities**

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Foster a sense of community and engagement among residents.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.

**Requirements**

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

PSS or CNA certification is preferred but not necessary.

Must have a compassionate and positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
