Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients needing advanced monitoring.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients needing advanced monitoring.
- Operate advanced medical equipment, including central lines, multiple IVs, balloon pumps, Impella pumps, and patients requiring ventilation support or continuous renal replacement therapy.
- Care for general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit.
- Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff.
- Provide direct care for patients from admission to discharge in all aspects of care, including discharge planning.
- Give direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff.
- Graduate of an accredited RN Degree Nursing Program.
- Practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care Nursing, including cardiovascular surgery.
- Impella and/or other cardiac balloon pumps and CRRT experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of Cardiac Surgical ICU experience strongly preferred.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- EPNC, TNCC certification.
