We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our dynamic team at Dirigo Veterinary Care in Waterville, ME.

We are looking for a skilled veterinarian who can perform surgical procedures with precision and care, ranging from routine spays and neuters to complex soft tissue surgeries. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for conducting thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the health status of patients and formulate treatment plans.

You will also provide general medical care, including vaccinations, parasite control, and preventive healthcare measures. Effective communication with pet owners is crucial, as you will offer guidance on nutrition, behavior, and overall wellness. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

We welcome veterinarians with 1-2 years of experience in veterinary medicine, preferably in a clinical setting. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school is required. You must possess valid state veterinary license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
