About the Job

We are seeking a talented Senior Quality Engineer to lead our quality systems initiatives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will develop and implement improved tests for components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and operating requirements.

You will work closely with our production teams to design and modify floor layout, equipment, workflow, and processes to optimize facilities, equipment, and manpower utilization. Additionally, you will participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and electronic circuits. You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,183 - $182,340 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes robust health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering or a technical field (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering experience
  • Proficient in industry workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems
