Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Expo/Builder at LuLu's Landing Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding our menu and safety measures, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards, and preparing each order for final presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the menu and safety measures.
  • Ensure food presentation meets quality standards on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare each order for final presentation by ensuring quality standards are met, provided ticket & menu specific condiments, extras, and garnishes.
  • Double check each completed order prior to deliver to guest.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and assists in overall kitchen cleanliness, including cleaning all station equipment and utensils during and at the end of each shift.
  • Remove trash and other discarded items from workstation.
  • Restock, clean, and break down workstation as designated.
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
