Job Overview
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Allina Health's Cambridge Medical Center, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality patient care. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient pediatric services and occasional acute care responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.

- Promote rehab services by ensuring patient satisfaction and physician engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology is essential.
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in MN and/or WI is required, depending on state of practice.
Benefits and Compensation
This position comes with a competitive salary, including a $5,000 starting bonus, and a range of benefits, such as a 1.0 FTE schedule (80 hours per two-week period) and no weekend work.
