Behavioral Leadership Director

Apollo Behavior seeks a highly skilled Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our center-focused applied behavior analysis services in the Stockbridge, Georgia area.

• Oversee the delivery of services and operations of a single location as the leader of our center.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to other BCBAs on best practices and implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term.
• Develop and lead other team members to achieve their full potential.
• Stay up-to-date with innovative ABA methods, such as RFT, and oversee their implementation with mentorship provided by the Clinical Excellence team.

• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential and 3+ years working as a BCBA with some portion working in-center.
• Exceptional clinical, leadership, and operational skills.
• Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience.
