We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Limit X Solutions. This role is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

Job Summary:

The Senior Applied Behavior Analyst will be responsible for leading ABA therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with a guaranteed caseload size that allows for clinically sustainable practice. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and professional development opportunities to enhance their skillset as a BCBA. In addition, we offer an attractive salary package, including:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ABA therapy sessions for children and adolescents with ASD
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
