We are a leading provider of senior care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and care to our residents. As a Dietary Services Manager at Evergreen Knoll, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality meals and dining experiences for our seniors.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $24-$27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This 40-hour/week position involves managing the dietary function, including developing menus, ordering food and supplies, and supervising dietary staff. You will also prepare meals, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and provide excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Order food and supplies while maintaining budget-friendly practices
  • Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Prepare meals and provide coverage during special events or understaffing situations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Certified Food Manager certification or be willing to obtain it within 3 months. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
