Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage seating charts and ensure efficient table turnover
  • Communicate with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and offering refreshments
  • Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, including menus and restrooms
  • Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
