Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Visions Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Manage guest room assignments and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Handle guest payments and settle accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English required, bilingual is an asset.
