Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, making them feel at ease and comfortable.
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on preparing their pet for appointments.
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the right team member.
• Confirm appointments and provide accurate information to clients.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during pet remains handling.
