Job Summary:
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a skilled Gr4- Filler/Capper/Seamer/Cryovac Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our filling, capping, and packaging equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain filling, capping, and packaging equipment to meet production requirements
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with production team members to resolve equipment issues and optimize production processes
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
