About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Accounting Associate II to join our Financial Controllership team at MassMutual. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial information and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex accounting and financial analysis to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements
  • Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in investment accounting or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
