Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a PRN (as needed) nurse. As a PRN LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Experience in long-term care or post-acute care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
