Concierge Ambassador

Civana Management is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating personalized experiences and connections with our guests, ensuring seamless execution of welcome amenities, and anticipating guest needs. You will work closely with various departments to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

• Schedule Wellness Journey classes and make Spa appointments for various treatments options
• Book transportation arrangements and offer guidance on dining recommendations
• Send confirmations of all preplanned services and oversee welcome amenities
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests

• One to two years' experience in Front Office and/or Food & Beverage experience (or comparable role)
• Strong computer skills and positive communication skills
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site
• Knowledge and passion in Health & Wellness
