Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and execute R2R/web inspection methodologies for ongoing quality assurance.
- Partner with suppliers to acquire high-efficiency inspection machinery.
- Ensure the precision and productivity of metrology systems.
- Draft product specifications aimed at enhancing yield and operational performance.
- Detect and minimize product imperfections.
- Incorporate metrology data into production databases.
Essential Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Practical experience with vision systems.
- Understanding of measurement systems analysis and statistical process control.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with roll-to-roll/web processing and linescan inspection technologies.
- Expertise in Python, JMP, or other programming languages for analytical purposes.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software.
