About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care to our senior residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring personal cares provided to ensure consistency with individual care plans
- Coordinating medications and performing treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Assessing resident goals and revising care plans as needed
- Providing reports and documentation related to incidents, changes in status, and cares provided
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
We prefer candidates with:
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
