Ryder Systems is seeking a highly skilled Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our parts inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct physical inventory counts, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Parts Ordering: Process invoices, coordinate parts pick-up and delivery, and ensure timely receipt of parts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Order supplies, manage inventory counts, and maintain records of parts obsolescence.
  • Shipping and Returns: Coordinate shipping of warranty and parts returns to vendors.
  • Parts Room Organization: Maintain a clean and organized parts room, ensuring easy access to parts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years or more of customer relations or customer service experience with issue resolution required.
