Client Relations Representative

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding various service inquiries on their accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Meet key department performance metrics, including first call resolution rates and average handle time.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
