About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Community Rehabilitation Hospital West. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Document medical necessity in the medical record in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient
  • Conduct Quality Improvement assessments
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Community Rehabilitation Hospital West is a 40-bed, 50,000-square-foot inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and Community Health System. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, addressing conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
