**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services to our patients, working closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and deliver treatment plans.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
  • Provide physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in the evaluation of residents as directed.
  • Assist the Physical Therapist with the development of treatment plans as directed.
  • Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

**Qualifications**

  • Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in practicing state(s).
