Role Summary:
  • Oversee project progression from initiation to finalization
  • Efficiently manage project documentation
  • Coordinate construction operations to adhere to timelines
  • Develop budget forecasts and status updates
  • Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve construction challenges
  • Facilitate material takeoffs and enforce project safety protocols
  • Assist the accounting department with invoicing and collections
  • Organize project completion procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction or electrical sector
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and contract documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Physical Demands:
The role requires the ability to sit, talk, hear, manipulate objects, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are necessary, along with the ability to navigate various job site locations.

Work Environment:
The position may involve prolonged periods of sitting at a computer and traveling to various field locations. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels may occur.
