At American Honda Motor Co., we're seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions for our in-vehicle electronics systems. Your expertise in software architecture, coding, and testing will be crucial in helping us achieve our goals of creating a seamless and connected driving experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software architecture for in-vehicle electronics systems
- Implement and test software solutions using C++ and other relevant programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets requirements and is delivered on time
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on in-vehicle electronics
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, coding, and testing principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
