About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Brokerage Relationship Manager to join our team at Insurance Search Specialists. Based in Northern California, this 100% remote position offers a competitive base salary of $140,000 - $150,000, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business totaling $1.4M in revenue, developing strategies for retention of accounts at renewal time, and working closely with clients to gather necessary information for renewal submissions. Your expertise will also be sought after by clients seeking guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
