About the Role

This full-time or part-time Critical Care Paramedic position requires at least 2 years of experience operating as a Paramedic. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client care, utilizing diagnostic tools to assess patients, and performing proper treatment modalities based on internal and external protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care through accurate assessments and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain good rapport with clients, their families, and the healthcare community
  • Ensure HIPAA privacy laws are upheld when handling sensitive information
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and quality care
  • Document trips accurately, both clinically and demographically
  • Perform regular station and squad maintenance, focusing on safety aspects
  • Participate in the pit stop process to ensure necessary supplies and equipment are present
  • Obtain and maintain required licensures and training for the State of Wisconsin
  • Demonstrate safe driving skills, adhering to company vehicle procedures and response tactics
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • A current/valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license with Critical Care endorsement
  • A current/valid American Heart Association CPR card or similar curriculum certification
  • A valid driver's license
  • NREMT license desirable but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Paramedic role

  • Possess tact, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Able to function productively in individual and team environments, even in highly stressful situations
  • Ability to safely push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 125 pounds
