Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests, offering a choice of seating and escorting them to their table
  • Present menus and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Coordinate reservations and special functions, ensuring seamless execution
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred
  • Hotel experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
