Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of assigned new business submissions to verify risk qualifications, underwriting documentation, and pricing.
- Analysis of loss runs and calculation of loss ratios for accurate underwriting and quoting.
- Preparation of referrals for accounts outside authority and coordination with Lead Underwriter for review and approval.
- Achievement of new business hit ratio and renewal retention goals.
- Assistance in technical training for new underwriting team members to ensure adherence to AER underwriting guidelines.
- 2+ years underwriting experience in management liability (D&O) insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- CPCU or ARM designation preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year
