We are currently looking for outgoing, energetic, and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Hotel Shuttle Driver/Bellperson at the Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Estimated Salary

$22.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist guests with luggage and perform pick-ups and drop-offs at the Village.
  2. Drive the van in a safe and courteous fashion following all traffic laws without exception.
  3. Maintain the van daily by checking and recording all aspects of the daily checklist.
  4. Perform occasional duties such as showing guests to their room, explaining hotel facilities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bellstand and lobby.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license with a good record.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the area is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • You must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
