Vista Barista

At Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Vista Barista to join our team. As a Vista Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, smoothies, and teas to our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about menu items, specials, and prices.
• Accurately and quickly take and make all orders according to the prescribed procedure.
• Check food to ensure it meets our high standards before serving to our guests.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of using espresso/cappuccino machines is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
