Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Toyota Material Handling. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Digital Quality Assurance team and participating in quality assurance and testing of Toyota's digital customer experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of the Digital Quality Assurance team, including assigning testing tasks to team members and training team members on tools and methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and testing of Toyota's digital customer experience platforms, including evaluating test scripts, test coverage, and test results against the expected behavior.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to test scripts, test plans, test strategy, and test policy documents.
  • Collaboration: Participate in product planning ceremonies, backlog grooming, and user story elaboration sessions with the product team to gain contextual knowledge and identify potential defects in the initial designs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Experience: 4+ Years of Related Professional Experience
  • Certification: Quality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex. CSTE, CSQA, CAST, etc.)
  • Skills: Agile software development, digital platforms and digital user experience, the Internet of Things (IoT), harnessing big data, relational databases and query tools, Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, JIRA, Zephyr Squad, automated testing (Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber preferred)
