Citizens is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new clients through leads and referrals, and develop strategies to retain existing relationships.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze clients' financial plans, and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to our full range of banking, lending, and investment products, and work with internal partners to deliver customized solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Home Loan Officers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 3-5 years relevant equivalent experience in a client-centric sales environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. At least two licenses required; additional licenses can be obtained within a specific timeframe upon hire.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment, experience in cultivating relationships, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
