At Lee Physician Group, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in University Highlands.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate physician to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleAs a Primary Care Physician with Lee Physician Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to deliver high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Current licensure as a Medical Doctor in the State of Florida.
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (American Heart Association / Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $320,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
