Select Medical is currently looking for an Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.
Position OverviewLocation: McLean, Virginia
Role Summary: As a dedicated member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services with minimal supervision, adhering to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Formulate comprehensive treatment plans, oversee assistants and aides, and contribute to case management while ensuring quality patient care.
- Foster positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing relationships with facility staff.
- Document patient progress using accepted medical terminology and formats, where permitted by state regulations.
- Must possess a degree from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
- A valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is required to commence employment.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
Retention Bonus: $20,000
Salary Range: $78,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses and student debt benefits.
