Job Overview

Kenmore Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing personal relationships with customers and vendors, responding to customer inquiries, and providing direction to customers with "Return Material Authorization" and warranty issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to meet their needs.
  • Quote prices and delivery for customer parts requests, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Source parts to meet customer requests, utilizing knowledge of aircraft spare parts and blueprints.
  • Track open sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Pick orders to be shipped, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Provide direction to customers with "Return Material Authorization" and warranty issues, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track parts costs and sales price to ensure margins meet department objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience with aircraft spare parts preferred.
  • Understanding of blueprints and parts catalogs.
  • Sales/procurement systems experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
