Key Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison or resource for any issues in the absence of the department managers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct walk-throughs of the facility to ensure safety, staff ratios, and compliance.
  • Communicate with department managers on any issues noted during shifts.
  • Comply with and adhere to the Manager On Duty Opening/Closing Checklist.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
