- Communicate with department managers on any issues noted during shifts.
- Comply with and adhere to the Manager On Duty Opening/Closing Checklist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
