We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at SkinnyFATS. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Greets guests with a smile and a friendly greeting, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assists and takes guests' orders, using approved suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Operates a cash register, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
• Performs side work duties as directed by management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Cleans tables and counters in the dining room area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communicates effectively with kitchen staff, servers, delivery staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Responsible for knowing the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
• Stocks food products, performs side work duties, and maintains cleanliness of their workstation.
• Verifies food for consistency, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests.
• Organizes orders for table deployment, ensuring efficient service.
• Makes drinks, takes orders, clears and cleans tables, and ensures the work area is clean and orderly.

• Preferred: 3-6 months of cash operating experience.
• Must be able to legally serve alcohol (must obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card prior to hire).
• Must have a current and valid Food Handler's card issued by the relevant authority.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Required: 1 year of recent customer service experience.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
• Comfortable lifting 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfortable operating a cash register.
• Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
