About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide personal care services to residents. Your duties will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding; maintaining a safe and clean environment; and reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff. You will also be responsible for documenting resident information and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
