Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $21.22 per hour, along with a $1,200 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holiday/vacation time.
Job Description
- Deliver Safe and Reliable Service
You will be responsible for safely operating multiple types of buses through light to heavy city and freeway traffic. Your priority will be to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users at all times.
Provide Exceptional Customer ServiceAs a Public Service Driver, you will act as the front-line point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, assisting passengers with disabilities and responding to their needs in a friendly and courteous manner.
Maintain Vehicle Safety and IntegrityYou will be responsible for performing pre-trip inspections and completing daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) to ensure that our vehicles are in good working condition.
Follow Company Policies and ProceduresYou will be expected to follow all company safety rules and regulations, as well as comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding the operation of buses and traffic safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CDL Required
You must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and meet all applicable federal and state requirements.
High School Diploma or EquivalentYou must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this position.
