Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care functions, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with special procedures.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, and notify physicians or healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Prepare and administer medications, and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with patient education, and provide information and support to patients and families.
  • Document patient information, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Vocational Nurse License (California)
  • Basic Life Support
  • Zero to one year of LVN experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish-speaking (QBS) strongly preferred
