About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team as a Senior Electrical Engineer - Project Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and project execution. As a key member of our team, you will lead and support projects from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and project execution
- Lead and support projects from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Serve as project manager for small projects and assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and capital project justification
- Maintain documentation for systems, maintenance plans, and quality control
- Provide technical expertise and regulatory compliance leadership for the team

Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, or an Associate's degree with 8+ years, or a High School diploma with 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience in industrial electrical systems, proficiency in industry standards (NFPA 70, 70E, etc.), and experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (GMP)
- Familiarity with CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) and Smartsheet is a plus
- Expertise in electrical systems, project management, compliance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
