Job Summary

Saint Francis Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our Cath Lab team on a PRN days basis. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses in the Cath Lab, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • 1 year RN experience; Must have recent charge nurse experience in L &D
  • ACLS, BLS, NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications
  • Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
