- High level of dedication, enthusiasm and motivation.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Call center and/or customer service experience.
