Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling confident and satisfied.
  • Utilize the Windsor 4-step Selling Method to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and products, using your expertise to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
