We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team in providing exceptional care to a child in need.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and their family. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to a child with low acuity needs.
Responsibilities- Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
