Job Overview
Fannie Mae is a leading financial services company that provides innovative solutions to the housing finance market. As a Software Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's IT assets are properly managed and utilized.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring software license compliance, maintaining a complete inventory of IT assets, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure software is discoverable or manually added to the asset management repository. You will also work with procurement and vendor management teams to utilize experience with contract management and negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a related field, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or relevant technical training and certifications. They will also have proven experience in procurement, asset lifecycle management, and software license management, as well as strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, practices, and methodologies.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
