- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
- Minimum of three years' experience in an ICU or other critical care environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
