Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations for a prestigious pharmaceutical client in Plainsboro, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menu offerings that cater to various dietary needs, including plant-based, low-fat, gluten-free, and other health-conscious options.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a strong background in culinary arts and nutrition science. You will work closely with our area and regional chefs to ensure that our culinary program remains fresh, exciting, and driven by exceptional hospitality. Your expertise in menu development, food safety, and regulatory compliance will be essential in ensuring that our meals exceed health and wellness standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that stay current on food trends, nutrition science, and culinary innovations.
- Collaborate with our area and regional chefs to keep the culinary program fresh and exciting.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Collaborate closely with dietitians and nutritionists to align menu offerings with health guidelines.
- Understand the client's vision and collaborate with them to make their vision come to fruition.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience in culinary arts and nutrition science.
