Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our Cleanroom Construction Division, the Cleanroom Foreman will oversee critical construction initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily oversight and direction for materials, equipment, and personnel involved in cleanroom construction.
  • Contribute to project estimates, timelines, and quality assurance during both pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Implement best practices in field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specification.
  • Facilitate project meetings with clients to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Manage on-site quality control, ensuring all work meets required standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead safety meetings to promote a culture of safety on-site.
  • Address and resolve construction challenges as they arise in the field.
  • Document daily and weekly progress reports for project tracking.
  • Travel as necessary to support project needs.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role within construction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods as required by project demands.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
  • Experience specifically in cleanroom construction is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or biotechnology sectors.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom standards and compliance regulations.

Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
