About the Role

Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
  • Staff Supervision: You will assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, attend to daily unit operations, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
  • Resident Care: You will take an active role in direct resident assessment and care, supervising and coordinating nursing personnel to provide high-quality care in adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Care Planning: You will formulate individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process, assessing each resident daily and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communication: You will assist the physician on rounds, ensuring pertinent information is communicated and orders are taken correctly.
  • Training and Development: You will participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel, utilizing effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Valid RN License
